Directly at the entrance of the Mae Wang National Park and at the foothills of the connected Doi Inthanon National Park in a very nice and quiet place surrounded by a spectacular mountains view. To arrive at our place, from Chiang Mai City; about 40 km; direction Sanpatong - Mae Wang.

In our Guesthouse - Restaurant we serve tasty Ticinese (Southern Swiss) and Thai style food dishes in a friendly atmosphere, suitable for the most valuable relaxing enjoying time. Unser Guesthouse Restaurant Swiss Ticino befindet sich in Mae Wang bei Chiang Mai, direkt am Eingang des Mae Wang Nationalparks und des angrenzenden Doi Inthanon Nationalparks, in reizvoller und ruhiger Umgebung vor einer beeindruckenden Bergkulisse. Aus der Stadt Chiang Mai sind wir nach ca. 40 km gut ausgebauter Stra�e leicht zu erreichen (Richtung Hangdong/Sampatong - Mae Wang).

In unserem kleinen Restaurant servieren wir Ihnen Tessiner Spezialit�ten und Thail�ndische Gerichte in gem�tlicher, famili�rer Atmosph�re. Unsere freundlich eingerichteten Doppelzimmer in separaten Bungalows verf�gen �ber eigene B�der mit Kalt- und Warmwasser, Dusche und WC. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer umfasst Ventilator, europ�isches Satelliten-TV, DVD-Player und Stereoanlage.

In unserer N�he finden Sie viele Attraktionen, darunter 3 Elefantencamps, die Wasserf�lle von Mae Wang und Na Sa Pok, Bergd�rfer der Karyan-, Hmong- und Meo-St�mme sowie nat�rlich den ausgedehnten Doi Inthanon Nationalpark mit den h�chsten Bergen Thailands (bis zu 2560 m �. NN.). Trekkingfreunde k�nnen direkt von uns aus zu ausgedehnten Touren durch urspr�ngliche W�lder mit fantastischen Landschaftsszenarien aufbrechen. Unseren erlebnishungrigen G�sten bieten sich Elefantenausritte und Rafting auf dem Mae Wang Fluss an.

Wer gerne Motorrad f�hrt, kommt bei uns besonders auf seine Kosten: Die Rundstrecke Mae Wang Loop, Teil des legend�ren Mae Hong Son Loop, f�hrt direkt an unserem Haus vorbei. Der Mae Hong Son Loop gilt als Asiens sch�nste Motorradstrecke und wird auch die "Stra�e der 1.864 Kurven" genannt. Bei der Anmietung eines Motorrades sind wir gerne behilflich.

Nur 60 m von unserem Haus entfernt ist die Endhaltestelle der gelben Songthew-Pickups, die zwischen 6.00 h und 17.30 h von Mae Wang nach Chiang Mai und zur�ck verkehren. Der Fahrpreis betr�gt pro Person und Strecke lediglich 40 Baht.
